Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Olympus web app and the Hermes Android app (package com.olympus.hermes), including Solana Mobile / Seeker.

1. Who we are

Olympus (“we,” “us”) operates the Olympus web application and the Hermes copilot. Hermes does not create a user account.

2. Information we may collect

• Wallet and on-chain data. When you connect a wallet, public addresses and balances may be read so the app can show your portfolio and prepare a swap. Addresses and balances may be sent to the Olympus API with a chat request. We do not upload a saved transaction-history file. A normal swap is signed on your device. If you turn on Trading Agent “always on,” that agent wallet’s key is held in server memory so it can sign; it is not written to the agent save file.
• Chat. Messages you send in Hermes, plus the thread so far, are sent over HTTPS to the Olympus API and then to an AI provider to write the reply. The default provider is Groq. Gemini or ChainGPT are used only if that provider is selected. Olympus does not save the chat after the reply is returned. On the phone, the thread stays in memory for that session.
• Voice. The mic button uses the device speech recognizer. Hermes does not upload an audio file and does not keep a recording. The recognizer returns text. On Android, that speech service is Google’s.
• Technical data. Hosting and CDN providers may log IP address, device or browser type, and timestamps. The Hermes Android app does not include Firebase, Sentry, Mixpanel, or similar analytics or crash SDKs, and it does not show ads. It does not read your location, contacts, or photo library.
• Communications. If you email us or submit a form, we process what you send.
• Discord (optional, Olympus web). If you use the in-app Discord tab, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar from Discord’s login, and we request recent messages from allowlisted channels so they can be shown in the app.

3. How we use information

We use this information to run Hermes and Olympus, show balances and quotes, generate chat replies, process swaps you start, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC, market-data APIs such as Jupiter), the AI provider that generates a chat reply, and Discord if you use Discord features on the web. Public blockchains are visible to anyone. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Encryption, retention, and deletion

Chat, quotes, and API calls use HTTPS. Chat text is not stored after the reply. An always-on agent’s public state (address and trade book, not the private key) can remain on the API until that agent is stopped. To ask us to delete data we hold, email Omega@omeganetwork.co.

6. Children

Hermes and Olympus are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Updates

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
